Glyfada Beach Hotel

How to come

From the port: On leaving the port turn right and follow the road along the coast for one and a half kilometres until you reach a set of traffic lights. At these lights turn left and follow the main road for another one and a half kilometres. At the first crossroads turn right and continue on this road for about six kilometres. At Skorpios Supermarket turn left and follow this road for another six kilometres. Having reached a crossroads continue up the hill. At the top of the hill (opposite a large red villa) the road swings sharply to the right and enters the village itself. After the main square, do not turn to the right but follow the road for another two kilometers. The next crossroads do not turn on the right but follow the road for another one kilometer. At the next crossroad turn to the right and follow the road for 500 meters.

From the airport: On leaving the airport turn left and go to the first road junction at the end of the runway. Here turn left and continue as far as the traffic lights and the sign for Pelekas. Turn right and five hundred metres later turn left. Continue on this road for about six kilometres. At Skorpios Supermarket turn left and follow this road for another six kilometres. By bus: There is a regular bus service (GREN BUS)to Glyfada from centre of Corfu Town. You must buy a ticket at the Bus (2.00 euros). Buses leave about every two hours . The journey takes 45 minutes. Also there is free bus to Pelekas .

By taxi: Taxis from the port and airport are more expensive than those from San Rocco Square. However, no journey should be more than about 20 euros. Agree a price before leaving or insist that the meter is running.
